God opened the door for us to minister in the Dominican Republic through a contact from the Georgia Baptist Mission Board. We knew immediately that this was a great opportunity for us to minister. It is on the same island as Haiti, and there is a large population of Haitians in the Dominican Republic living in Haitian villages. We partner with a Dominican missionary to minister to these villages as well as Dominican churches.
